Many thanks to newly-elected Thornton ward councillor Nanda Manley-Browne, who visited our Foodbank on Friday August 2 2019.

Manley-Browne represents the ward with the greatest share of our clients across Lambeth and Wandsworth. In the last financial year, we helped 377 individuals from Thornton – approximately 22% of our total persons fed.

Cllr Manley-Browne visited our Foodbank during opening hours on Friday. She met our volunteers, and was shown how our Foodbank works.

We’d like to thank her for her great enthusiasm and support for our work – and we look forward to working together in the the future!
